What if I don’t love it? Love it or we repaint it. Tell us what to change, and nothing is printed or sent until you approve.
What photo works best? A sharp, well-lit phone photo with your pet’s face and eyes clearly visible. You can add up to two extra photos for markings.
Can I order now and send the photo later? Yes. Tick “I’ll send my photo later” and we’ll email you after checkout to collect it.
Is it a good gift? Yes. The digital file is the quickest gift, or choose a gift card so they can pick the style and photo themselves.
How long does it take? Preview in 2–3 business days. Printing is 2–3 business days after you approve, then delivery. Digital files arrive within 1 business day of approval.

Love it or we repaint it: if anything needs adjusting, tell us. Once you approve it, you’ll receive a download link with your portrait at the largest size of that ratio at 300 DPI (up to 70×100 cm, or A1 for A-size). Nothing is shipped, and the files are for personal use.

Tick Add the digital file when you order any print, canvas or frame, and for £10 we’ll also email you the high-resolution file in your print’s shape, at the largest size of that ratio at 300 DPI.
Available sizes
A4 (21×29.7 cm), 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm, 50×70 cm, 60×80 cm and 70×100 cm. A4 is available as a fine art print or framed print. Canvas starts at 30×40 cm, and framed canvas is available from 30×40 cm up to 60×80 cm.
